Checklist for Accurate Website Information

The website can be a great resource for information, but if the information is outdated or inaccurate, it is useless.  Please take a moment to check your information for accuracy.  If you need assistance or would like to suggest an edit, EMAIL HERE

  • Staff Directory
    • Is your email correct?
    • Did you have a name change or a title change in the last year?
    • Are you listed in the correct building?
  • Check your Remind Codes & external Teacher Websites
    • Is the Remind Code for your course still accurate and used?  or can it be removed?
    • Do you still use your external teacher website?
  • Check your Department Information
  • Are you a Club Advisor? Check your club information
    • Is your club information correct?
    • Do you need to update dates, officers, details, etc?
  • Are you a coach and is your athletics page up to date? 
    • Were there any major athletic accomplishments/records broken last season that need to be updated?
  • Are you a Lead for something specific (i.e. area of testing, military resources, department resources materials, etc.)
    • Are the links still linking to active pages?
