Saturday, the Wrestling team competed at the SWBL meet in Carlisle. Overall the team had a pretty tough day wrought with injury. The team wrestled some tough matches with the majority of the team placing in the top 6. Overall the team finished in 9th. Levi Collins finished as the SWBL 150lb League Champion.

Last Saturday, the Wrestling team went to the Washington Courthouse Invitational. Overall the team wrestled some tough matches with the majority of the team getting eliminated late in the tournament. Top placers for the Spartans were Levi Collins-3rd and Mark Ellis-4th. The team finished 10th out of 21 teams.

On Saturday, the Spartans Wrestling team participated in the Bellbrook invitational. The meet went extremely well with the team finishing third overall in team points. Nearly everyone on the team ended up placing most notably however was Levi Collins finishing first in the 150lb weight class.
On Wednesday, the Spartans participated in a double duel at Clinton Massie along with Stebbins and Bellbrook although only wrestling the first two schools. Overall the team wrestled well against the Falcons with multiple good hard fought matches unfortunately though the Spartans barely lost through team points. The Spartans had also had some hard fought matches but didn't fare as well as they did against Massie with the Spartans also losing to Stebbins with team points.

On December 27th and 28th, the Spartans wrestling team participated in the GMVWA Holiday tournament along with 64 other teams. The team did generally well with the majority of the Spartan wrestlers getting eliminated in the late consolation rounds however only three wrestlers made it to the second day of the tournament but got eliminated early on day two.

In December, the wrestling team took part in the Oakwood invitational along with four (4) other teams. The Spartans had wrestled extremely well, beating just about anybody that they were up against. Overall the Spartans took second as a team just barely losing to Oakwood.
