Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2022

Waynesville High School is proud to announce the Valedictorian and Salutatorians for the Class of 2022      

Andrew Weaver – Valedictorian, 2022

Andrew plans to attend the University of Dayton studying computer science.  During high school, Andrew was a member of the Strategy Gaming & Information Technology Club, as well as National Honor Society.  Outside of school, he enjoy playing Magic the Gathering and coding.  Andrew plans to spend this summer working at the MakerSpace in the Mary L. Cook Public Library, where there will be an emphasis in the 3D design and print equipment. 

Andrew is the son of Chris and Michelle Weaver.

Rachel Ingle, Salutatorian 

Rachel Ingle will be attending Ohio University enrolling in the biology department with a focus on molecular and cellular biology aspiring to make an impact in the research and medical community upon graduation. Rachel has participated in track, swimming and the cross country team concluding her senior year as team captain. While participating in academic clubs such as foreign language and President of NHS, she has also been able to enjoy and take part in art club culminating in a trip to Rome and France. Rachel has enjoyed her high school career fostering life-long friendships while encountering inspiring and influential teachers along the way. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring nature and outdoor adventures, discovering local arts and being active through running. Summer highlights include relaxing by the pool with friends and family, vacationing in Key Largo, FL and simply enjoying the season before the next chapter in life.

Rachel is the daughter of Chad and Shelby Ingle.
