Introducing New Junior/Senior High Assistant Principal

Wayne Local Schools Welcome New Assistant Principal - Shelby Herlihy

We are thrilled to announce that Mrs. Shelby Herlihy will be joining the Junior/Senior High School as our new Assistant Principal. Shelby holds degrees from Capital University and the University of Dayton and brings a wealth of experience to our school community.

For the past eight years, Shelby has been a dedicated educator at Bellbrook Schools, where she taught science and math, and coached basketball, softball, and cross country. She and her husband, Ben, along with their two dogs, currently reside in Springboro.

Shelby is deeply committed to the success and well-being of every student. Her leadership abilities, coupled with her passion and excellence in education, make her an outstanding addition to our team.

Shelby shared, "I am honored to take on the role of Assistant Principal at Waynesville Junior Senior High School and am beyond excited to join this wonderful community. I look forward to serving the students and staff and contributing to the ongoing success of this district.  Go Spartans!"
