Cake Pops for Valentine's Day

The High School student council is doing a fundraiser.  For $3, we will deliver a bouquet of 3 cake pops to you or your valentine during 8th period on the February 14th.  If you would like to send more than one, please fill out a different form for each recipient.  Please attach payment to this form and deliver to Mrs. Brown in the Jr High/High School Main Office.
