Emmellise Greely – Valedictorian, 2024

Emme plans on attending Northern Kentucky University this fall with a major area of study in nursing.  She will also be running cross country and track.  Throughout high school, Emme has been actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including varsity soccer, cross country, basketball, and track, where she served as a senior captain. Additionally, she has been part of the yearbook staff, Supportive Peers Program, CONNECT Student Leader, WHS Hope Squad, WHS Shield (SADD) Member, Senior Advisory Committee, and currently serve as the National Honors Society President.  Moreover, she had the opportunity to participate in a Marine Biology Trip in 2024.

During high school, most of her time outside of school was spent at a cross country, soccer, basketball, or track practice depending on the season. Beyond sports, she enjoys volunteering at church and Quaker Heights Nursing Home. She loves hiking, kayaking, reading and just hanging out with her friends. Having come from a large family, they still get together every Sunday night for dinner and fun where they take walks, play games, and compete in outdoor activities.

Emme's summer plans will consist of days at her sister's pool, working to earn money for college, and enjoying every last moment with her friends and family before she embarks on this next chapter of her life!

Emme is the daughter of Rod and Lisa Greely
