2023-2024 Annual Sports Physicals

OHSAA 23-24 Sports Physicals

All 7-12th grade athletes are required to have an up to date physical on file by 7/31/23 in order to participate in Fall sports. The Athletic Department offers $20 physicals as a fundraiser for the Athletic Trainer on May 8th.
